Description
McCoy Tyner BST-84264 Blue Note original VAN GELDER stamped pressing. The vinyl is in gorgeous, ridiculously clean condition. Under a bright light, I see only a couple of tiny needle marks. When I checked them, I heard no audible wear. A tiny crackle might be heard here and there but nothing that detracts from the sound. The music is clear and there is no distortion, groove wear etc. I would rate the vinyl at NM-. The cover is NM and amazingly still in shrink! It has a spot in the corner where the shrink is breaking down (see pics). The original inner sleeve is in fantastic shape with an approx. 1" split on the bottom. Record is housed in a Mobile Fidelity master sleeve. The Side 1 label has visible factory bubbling. I Am the second owner of this record, and the original owner told me that the Side 1 label had these bubbles in it when the vinyl was new. The Side 2 label is perfect.
