Description

An original 1st press of BOH on the UK Epic label. Matrix A3/B2. The labels are consistent with very 1st press in 1977. The vinyl comes housed in a Shorewood cover with the original charting HYPE sticker. Also included is the original plastic bag warning inner sleeve and the original lyric sheet. So, 100% genuine and 100% complete.
Vinyl (Ex+) In lovely condition and has only seen light use. Under close inspection I could only make out a couple of light marks per side - nothing that sounds or is troublesome. A thorough testing from beginning to end reveals an EXCELLENT+ level of playback. Intros and inbetweens are pretty much silent and the audio comes across with perfect clarity. Interference is borderline non-existent. All I could detect were a couple of crackles in a couple of isolated spots per side. A beautifully clean rendition of this 70's classic...if you're going to snag this title ..make sure it's a top copy..don't short change yourself.
Cover (Ex-) In great shape and has been cared for down the years. Lovely clean front without the usual surface wear. And that hype sticker looks very smart without ageing or peeling. The rear is equally good - barely a crease. Edge wear is very light and the openings are still sharpish. The text on the spine is all legible, but there are a couple of stress creases. Overall the cover retains excellent rigidity.
Inner (Vg+) A bit of ageing, but no splits or markings.
Lyric insert (Vg+)  Lightly aged, but looks aok.
