This is a listing for a lot of 4 vintage vinyl LP soundtracks of '70s teen movies from 1971 & 1979. The lot contains the soundtrack LPs for 3 classics from '79: Over the Edge (Warner Bros. Records), Meatballs (RSO), Van Nuys Blvd. (Mercury records) as well as the LP soundtrack for the classic '71 film Bless the Beast and the Children (A&M Records). Over the Edge is a great compilation featuring hip '70s rock from Cheap Trick, Van Halen, The Cars, The Ramones, hendrix and more. Meatballs has some nostalgic tunes with the Rick Dees favorite title tune eliminated from the movie's DVD release (likely because Paramount didn't want to pay for it!) while Van Nuys Blvd. could not afford pop music so they created their own disco tunes! The LP features an awesome 8+ minute long version of the title tune, kudos to Ron Wright for these tunes! Bless the Beast of course features The Carpenters and music by Barry "The Warriors" DeVorzon.
