See images. Excellent condition. A couple light creases in the fold side but not bad at all. No writing tears or price stickers. Lays very flat. Probably near mint but I am not a record grader. This was my backup copy I got back in the 1980's and was rarely if ever played.
Vinyl:
Excellent condition. No visible scuffs or scratches that I can see. It does have something on one side on the edge before the song starts, looks like it might be a pressing issue as it isn't a scratch and it doesn't wipe off. Very small and not noticeable in the larger pic.
Plays fine with no skips and very minimal surface noise. Runout etchings are "P.House 1-A" "Thanks to semen your here today" and "P.House 1B" "Kyrscke-owwwoooo-Don't bite".
