MEDICINE HEAD: NEW BOTTLES OLD MEDICINE
I will try my best to describe this record as honestly as possible. Photographs are included to help you assess condition and value. I accept that sometime issues like "sound quality" can be subjective so I offer a no quibble return policy if your purchase does not meet your expectations.
Overview: 1970 UK first pressing on John Peel's Dandelion label in front laminated sleeve. Sleeve is close to mint. Vinyl: side 1 is EX+, side 2 second track there is what looks like a pressing flaw and it produces 8 audible "ticks" but is otherwise excellent.

Profile: Label founded and run by John Peel and his manager Clive Selwood from 1969-72 and distributed by, successively, CBS Records, Warner Bros. Records, and Polydor. Only one release charted.The label was named after one of Peel's hamsters. His publishing company, Biscuit, was named after his other hamster.
Peel: "It was never a success financially. In fact, we lost money, if I remember correctly, on every single release bar one. I did quite like it but it was terribly indulgent"

Sleeve: Beautifully preserved. EX+/Mint-
Vinyl : Side 1: Audibly and visually EX+/Nr mint. Side 2: A small blemish (barely visible) causes 8 "ticks" on track two otherwise visually and audible EX+.

Inner sleeve: A generic white die cut sleeve which looks original. It has age related foxing to the edges,
The record will be posted out in a professional cruciform mailer (pizza box style) with high quality rigid corrugated card stiffeners. The disc will be removed from the outer sleeve prior to shipping. If the inner sleeve is original, I will put the disc in a generic sleeve to avoid damage to the original. The album will also be housed in a PVC protective sleeve.
