Description
This is a reasonably priced stereo copy WITH SHRINKWRAP of the original 1964 U.S. Capitol Records pressing of the 1964 LP titled 'Meet The Beatles' from The Beatles. It is U.S. Capitol Records catalog number ST 2047, rigid vinyl pressing with black labels with rainbow border and original Capitol Records inner sleeve. Tracks: I Want To Hold Your Hand, I Saw Her Standing There, This Boy, It Won't Be Long, All I've Got To Do, All My Loving, Don't Bother Me, Little Child, Till There Was You, Hold Me Tight, I Wanna Be Your Man, Not A Second Time. I cannot grade the condition of the vinyl higher than VG, even though it has real nice gloss and just a few light surface marks which cannot be felt, due to the presence of two very small surface scratches which can be felt and which will cause some ticks for a few revolutions, no skips. Without these two small scratches the vinyl would grade a mid to high VG+. Labels have no tears, stickers, or any other flaws. Condition of original Capitol Records inner sleeve is a mid VG+ with taped splits in two of the edges. Condition of cover is conservatively a real nice VG++ with the original shrinkwrap still surrounding the cover, with a small round rubber stamp on the shrinkwrap near the upper right corner of the back cover (I believe this was probably a price code at the store where this LP was originally sold), a little bit of very light contact wear, and a little bit of wear along the open edge and on the corners on the open edge. I have placed a modest opening bid price on this LP due to the moderate condition issues with the record - This would be an inexpensive way to add an original U.S. stereo copy of 'Meet The Beatles' with shrinkwrap to your Beatles record collection! Winning bidder pays $3.00 media mail postage or actual priority mail postage within the U.S. I WILL SHIP WORLDWIDE - Uninsured first class international airmail postage to the UK or anyplace in Europe is $13.50 - Please e-mail me for postage rates to other areas outside the U.S. WINNING BIDDER PLEASE DO NOT SEND CASH - IT PROBABLY WILL NOT GET HERE! I will give an immediate refund (less shipping) upon return of the LP if winning bidder is dissatisfied for any reason. Good luck!
