VG+/VG+ I feel one short scratch on side two, rest are light. Jacket with light ringwear, sleeve is mint with no tears. Does have ASCAP and BMI Markings. Block letter script in matrix with unusual & and I A M in triangle. RIAA symbol with no mrkings over it makes this a later pressing.
