Up for your consideration is an impossibly rare first rushed released pressing of Meet the Beatles on Capitol Records. This was rushed released before Capitol acquired the publishing rights so they were not printed on the labels. According to Beatles experts, there were only 2000 pressed in stereo and perhaps only a dozen or so exist today. Even fewer with vinyl in this condition. The record plays nearly perfectly all the way through, with the faintest hints of surface noise. A good cleaning on a VPI would take care of this.
Unfortunately the cover is not perfect. As you can imagine, this was probably owned by a young kid who never played it, but applied a sticker to the back cover. There is also a segment of the front paste-over missing. See the pictures for details.
