1963 UK 1st PRESS 4-TRACK EP
This superb 4-track EP from the underrated Manchester-based beat group is a UK 1st pressing from 1963 on the black & yellow Parlophone label: GEP 8888
All track are instrumentals and are titled:
- The Cruel Sea
- The Millionaire
- Magic Carpet
- Humdinger
- Strict & grading under strong daylight & directly beneath a halogen desk lamp to UK 'RECORD COLLECTOR' standards.
- I carefully play every record I sell on an EMT 950 transcription turntable at volume and list all visual and audible faults.
- All the photos in this listing have been taken by myself and are of the actual items for sale.
- All records are professionally & securely in custom-made record mailing boxes with the disc removed from the cover.

The disc is housed within a front laminated, bi-flipback 'Buckland Press' printed cover.

A super clean & unworn pair with just 3 or 4 faint spindle mark to the side 2 centre hole only.
Visual: 1. EXCELLENT + 2. EXCELLENT
Extremely clean & unworn playing surfaces which display just two harmless surface marks on side 2 in strong daylight but little more than a sparkling rainbow gloss shine directly beneath my powerful halogen desk lamp.
Play: EXCELLENT +
Superb high-quality sound from this barely played disc. All tracks play with no traces of any groove/play wear, background noise or indeed any other form of audible wear.
Cover
EXCELLENT
A very respectable example of this rare cover with a clean & glossy front panel with creasing or any other significant wear. There is a little age-discolouration to the white areas but no writing, or missing paper. All flipbacks & seams are fully intact & undamaged.
