On offer here is an original UK 1st Pressing copy of Nick Drake's debut album "Five Leaves left"(Pink Island ILPS-9105)STEREO. This IS a genuine original UK issue!! Tracks are as follows:-Side One:- "Time Has Told Me","River Man","Three Hours", "Way To Blue","Day Is Done" Side Two:-"'Cello Song","The Thoughts Of Mary Jane", "Man In A Shed". "Fruit Tree" and "Saturday Sun".
The vinyl does have some surface marks that sound occasionally on some tracks, and there is a small scratch visible on the last third of the final track "Saturday Sun" which does sound. However, overall I would grade the record VG, in that all songs are very listenable, and the background crackles, when they do occur, do not ruin the listening enjoyment of this rare item!! If you require further details, please contact ne, as this IS a VERY RARE ITEM, and I want to be accurate for the potential buyer!! The sleeve is also VG, with some spine wear which mostly obliterates the name and title, and a tiny tear on the front cover, just above the window(See scan) However, the gatefold sleeve is OK otherwise, with no other tears, rips, or writing. How often will you see a genuine UK 1st Pressing Nick Drake album? No Reserve.
