The cover art is hand-screened on a heavy cardboard sleeve and emblazoned with the Melvins Official Stamp Of Authenticity (see photo). Autographed by Buzz Osborne and hand labeled #5 of 33. Tri-tone red/black/clear vinyl. Comes in a protective plastic sleeve.
