Description

Mercury Living Presence Stereo SR 90310. This is a later "M" pressing, said to be manufactured by Columbia Records. It retains Almost all of the sparkle and detail of the earlier pressings, also the dynamics ( the grooves extend almost to the label. On the plus side Columbia's vinyl formulation was far quieter than the typical Mercury.

A word on how I rate used records:
M: Perfect--does not exist in the real world.
NM: Most new records fall into this category.
EX: surfaces will be like new with no flaws discernible to the naked eye. There is likely to be some infrequent random ticks but VERY low in volume and unobtrusive. Repeating ticks or pops will downgrade a record from this category and in fact will rarely be offered.
I spot-check all recordings on a high resolution Audio system focusing on quiet passages, high excursion passages and suspect areas. I seldom play records in their entirety unless the music just carries me away
