Description

Very rare title of Mercury! What's extraordinary about this disc is, at the time of the recording (early 1960's), the Brahms #2 was considered not suitable for female pianists! The great Greek pinist Gina Bachauer not only broke the glass ceiling, she did it in a unique personal way here. Near perfect copy!
