Description
MERCY DEE WALTON - PITY AND A SHAME, Prestige Bluesville BV-1039, deep groove pressing, RVG in dead wax.
On this 1961 recording, Mercy Dee Walton (piano & vocal) performs with Sidney Maiden (harmonica), Otis Cherry (drums).
The tunes are Pity and a Shame, Your Friend and Woman, Five Card Hand, Have You Ever Been Out In the Country, After the Fight, One Room Country Shack, My Little Angel, Shady Lane, The Drunkard.
Condition of record is E+, no scuffs, no scratches, several spindle marks, plays clean & quiet. Jacket is very clean - no ring wear, top seam is repaired with clear tape about 1/3 of thw way.

F = More severe damage, distracting surface noise. Only used in incidence of extreme rarity.
P = Poor condition, proves existence of record only.
