I am parting with some real gems in my collection this week. I have to pay some bills and unfortunately this is how I have to make that happen. Parting with these is not an easy decision.. I've spent 35 years amassing this killer collection and I'm going to start selling off some to you, the lucky folks who can now proudly own them. Mercyful Fate EP "Nuns Have No Fun" OG 2nd Black border Press, Rave On 82. This is the legendary 1st Mercyful Fate EP on Rave On records from 1982. This is the ORIGINAL 2nd pressing with black border. This is NOT a modern crappy reissue, this is NOT a shitty bootleg... this is the real deal.
The sleeve shows slight wear to corners and edges with a few tiny creases and a tiny bit of sticker removal mark on front. Overall an excellent condition cover but I'm grading it VG+. As always, check the high res pics for details. The lyric insert, which is so often missing with this record, is present and in great condition. The plain inner sleeve is also here. The vinyl itself is in NM condition, with only a whisper of a couple storage marks, nearly invisible even under bright light. A stunning example of this groundbreaking release. The birth of a genre!! Don't miss out on this one, there aren't many nicer original examples out there that I've seen.
