Mercyful Fate's self titled EP, 1982 Rave On records, RMLP-002. This is the rare 3rd pressing (the first one had white borders) from 1982, distributed by Bertus Holland. The LP is still very shiny with mostly sleeve marks and faint scratches not affecting play. There is also one bigger mark on side one at the end of track 2 not affecting play. Just wanted to mention it. Overall, the record is actually closer to VG+, but I am being conservative on this. The cover shows slight wear to corners and a small tear of the outer layer of paper on the spine, as shown in the pics. Nothing too bad, but again, I want to be thorough. Slight ring wear and small creasing in a couple spots, but really this is a nice cover with no major defects. Spine is totally legible, no writing, splits, cut outs, notches, stains or holes. This is a solid overall copy of this legendary EP, one that has influenced hundreds of metal bands over the years. This is the one that started it all for underground metal!! It's historical significance cannot be overstated.
