Mercyful Fate-Into the Unknown 2007 Italy LP Night of the Vinyl Dead NOTVD 028: The 1990s were not a great era for vinyl, with many key albums not receiving a vinyl edition upon their initial release. One example of this, Mercyful Fate's "Into the Unknown", was thankfully remedied by the Italian label Night of the Vinyl Dead, with this 2007 limited edition of 500 numbered copies in orange and black split vinyl. It is hand numbered on the back of the jacket, #152/500, and complete with original 2-sided insert. The vinyl remains in unplayed brand new condition, and the package is in pristine condition in all regards. This has been pressed multiple times since in various markets, but this NOTVD edition was the absolute first worldwide vinyl pressing of this underrated Fate album. VG++/VG++
