Merle Spears – ‘Ain’t No Need’ / ‘It’s Just A Matter of Time’ – Atlantic 2274 wd (US)
No introduction necessary. One side a top drawer R&B dancer; the other a deep soul ballad that’s simply as good as it gets. Originally on Whit, this is a beautiful specimen of the nationally distributed Atlantic disc, played less than a handful of times. Don’t miss it!
Condition: Excellent (please listen to the clips). Clean labels with tiny traces of wear (please see scans).
