Description

Here we have a nice original copy of Merry Clayton's Gimme Shelter album from 1970. This was the debut album from the soul singer and featured a funky rendition of The Rolling Stones' "Gimme Shelter". This particular copy is the 1st promo issue pressed on the white and silver Ode labels. 
The record is in VG++ condition, with some light surface scratches and scuffs. The record plays through nicely with some light pops and crackles. The cover is in VG condition, with some ring wear, edge wear, and a hole punch on the top left-hand corner. Please see all the pictures to determine the condition.
