Description




An original 1st press of AJFA on the UK Vertigo label. Matrix A2/B2/C2/D2. The labels are consistent with very 1st press and mention Vertigo/Phonogram and the records speed 33. The vinyl comes housed in an original cover. Also included are both bespoke lyric inner sleeves. In addition, at 1st pressing, this Lp shipped with two white generic inners sleeves which are date coded to spring 1988 - just a couple of months prior to first release. We also have the original tour date flyer and a yellow sticker too. So, 100% complete and 100% genuine.
Vinyl (Ex+) In fantastic condition and has only seen light use. Under close inspection we could only make out a couple of light marks per side - nothing remotely troublesome. A thorough testing from beginning to end reveals an EXCELLENT+ level of playback. Intros and inbetweens are silent and the audio comes across with perfect clarity. I really can't find fault at all..it plays clean the whole way through and has clearly only seen low-mileage. Even in those occasional brief acoustic sections..silence behind the audio. Interference is pretty much non-existent. I'll do my usual catch-all...you might detect a couple of crackles in an isolated spot per side. FINAL UPGRADE...as good as it gets..
Cover (Ex+) In beautiful condition and someone's clearly been very very careful with it. Lovely shiny front and rear with no signs or creasing at all. Edge wear is pretty much non-existent and the openings are still sharp. Even the four corners are still pointed and the spine is 100% intact. Overall the cover lies totally flat and retains excellent rigidity.
Inners (Ex+) Perfect..like new..no splits.
