This looks to be in good condition, the original price tag is on the poly sleeve. I have owned this record since the mid to late 90's.
I sold off my collection off NIN items this year and shipping costs were a gripe for a lot of people.  I will only ship items with a signature confirmation to avoid shenanigans.  I also ship the items fully insured.  Both of these have costs associated with them but it is the only way to protect both you the buyer and me the seller.  If you do not agree with this please do not bid on my auctions.
