Where thrash metal officially began 34 years ago this July on wax! This is a special pressing of the vinyl, not only because it is a first pressing but the fact of where it originated from. I picked this up at none other than original Metallica manager and Megaforce Record label owners Marsha and Jonny Z Zazula years ago. I picked up a few copies and decide to sell one of them to the general public now. This is the rare very first matrix of A-2/A-1. I attached an image from the time I picked up the kill em all albums with Johnny Z. Hopefully Jonny does not mind, hi Mr. Z! Note: the Kill Em All copy in my hand in the attached image is not this vinyl. I bought a few different copies, cheers!
The vinyl retains it's original shine and has a few very light hairline scratches. It remains in NM- condition. The labels vary: side one is VG+ with some spindle marks. Side two is VG++, with just a few very minor spindle marks. The insert is intact, slightly creased and is in VG+ condition. The cover is VG+, with light edge and corner wear. Some creasing was observed in three areas of the cover. Front cover has one crease at top and one at bottom. Back cover along the side. It plays without skipping and minimal to no background noise was indicated.
