Conditions:

Jacket/Sleeve: SEALED (shrink partially torn on left hand side of front cover and upper right hand corner of back cover, corners bumped very slightly, shrink torn at the very edge of the bottom right hand corner, small magnetic strip taped to upper left hand corner of back cover)
