Metallica - Master of Puppets - First pressing 1986 vinyl (Allied, rare variant).
This is a 1986 first pressing from Allied record company, the most sought after direct metal mastered version. Also, it is a much less common matrix variant (the code etched into the dead wax) than the majority of the Allied copies out there. Check the photos for the information from Discogs. If you are a collector, you’ll want to add this. The vinyl has light scuffs and the usual surface noise (heard during quiet parts and between songs, doesn’t overpower music), overall VG/VG+ sound. However, there is one ding in the intro to Damage Inc. that causes several loud pops; doesn’t skip or loop on my set up. I cannot guarantee the same across all tables of course. Labels are clean, slightly worn on the edge on side 2. The sleeve has some creases and a small tear on the back. Generic inner sleeve.
