Metallica: Rare LP, 12” and Picture Disc Lot, 7 Records

 Vinyl is all VG+ or better with 2 exceptions that are very strong VG bordering on VG+.  None of the covers have splits—see details below. All records are tested and have also been examined closely under bright light. Conservatively graded using eBay’s M,NM, VG+, VG, G grading system. Records will be shipped removed from sleeves, placed on top of covers then placed in clear plastic sleeves to prevent splits to covers during shipment, then reinforced with cardboard stiffeners, padded with bubble wrap and shipped in a strong cardboard box.

This lot includes:

Jump in the Fire, Picture Disc, Music for Nations, PKUT-105, 1st Pressing (No barcode) – Vinyl VG to VG+ side 2 has very small scuff at lead-in—which can be heard just a tiny bit as crowd sounds begin the track, but disappears by time music kicks in a second or so later. A few other faint tiny scratches very hard to see, can’t feel or hear.  Cover: Thick clear plastic sleeve.  One corner creased and staple marks at top. 

Jump in the Fire, 12”, Music for Nations, 12KUT 105, France, Vinyl: NM, Cover: strong VG: has a tiny ½” tear on back at top/opening and a little wrinkling in that area, glossy, no fading, no splits, mild beginning of ring wear but not to the point of any color rubbing. 

Master Of Puppets, Picture Disc, Music For Nations ?– MFN 60P, no barcode, Orlake pressing identified by “Orlake” in run-out.  Vinyl: VG: a few faint scuff marks, can’t feel with fingernail, play tested very faint crackle detected here and there but this might be eliminated with a high end disc washer. Thick clear plastic sleeve.  

Kill ‘Em All, Megaforce, MRI-069, USA, 1983, poly inner sleeve, Matrix: Side A: etched: A- <->  MRI-069-A stamped: STERLING   Side B: etched: A- <->  MRI-069-B  stamped: STERLING. Vinyl VG+ a couple very faint tiny scratches, can’t feel with fingernail, can’t hear, mild spindle marks on labels—this sounds like a great pressing to me-- clear highs, lows and mids. Cover is a strong VG, no splits, no tears, some rubbed marks to clear finish and to color along edges, mild bumping of corners. A very nice early pressing.  Can’t find exact matrix match, since this run-out begins with “A-“ but there is no number after that A- .  And in the MRI-069 catalog #, Discogs references “A-1” So we’re pretty certain this is a 1983 pressing, albeit possibly not the very first pressing due to poly inner sleeve instead of B & W printed paper inner sleeve.

Creeping Death, 12 KUT 112, France, Black vinyl NOT white, Vinyl is VG+, Cover very strong VG to VG+ -- one corner bumped with a tiny bit of color pulling away, tiny bit of wrinkling bottom back of cover. No splits, no tears.

Whiplash, MRS-04 Megaforce, USA"FEATURING PREVIOUSLY UNAVAILABLE NECK BRACE REMIX OF WHIPLASH", silver label. MATRIX - SIDE A:  etched: MRS-04-A-RE   B-2   stamped: STERLING   SIDE B:  etched: MRS-04-B    A-2   stamped: STERLING. Vinyl is VG+, a couple very faint scuffs which appear to be sleeve wear, can’t feel with fingernail and can’t hear on playing, mild spindle marks on labels, cover is a strong VG: mild bumping to corners, beginning of ringwear, mild rubbing to color along edges. No splits, no tears.
