Metallica - Ride The Lightning (1984/early reissue/60396-1/12" LP/**Scratched**).
This record is pre-owned in acceptable condition. The cardboard jacket has a fair amount of shelf wear especially around the edges and corners. It still looks okay, though. The inner sleeve has tape holding it together, but it otherwise looks fine. The images and text look nice. The record has a moderate amount of light surface wear and small light scratches on side 1 but no heavy scratches or scuffs. Side 2 mostly has similar general surface wear but does have one big problem. Around the outer edge, it looks like someone wrote on it with a pen. This caused some heavier scratches along the edge. It looks like the damage is limited to the first track ('Trapped Under Ice'). That track will almost certainly sound pretty bad. The rest of side 2 should play fine. Please see photos.
*All records will be shipped in cardboard mailers made specifically for records. They will be padded with two layers of cardboard, with the record sandwiched in-between. 12 inch records will also have two layers of bubble wrap. *This vinyl record is pre-owned. I am not a skilled professional record grader, but I do my best to accurately describe the condition. Please look at all of the attached photos. It is difficult to get a really good photo of the black surface of a record so some wear, scratches, or marks may not be visible in the photos. These records are mostly older (some are 50+ years old) and will not be in mint condition. Even with the records that look really good you will probably still hear crackles and pops when playing the record. Please see photos. Sold as is. No returns.
