Description
From my personal collection and owned by me from new. Very light use, always played on quality separates and hadn't listened to it for many years until prior to listing here.
This is a Music For Nations 1st pressing, as per Discogs - beige labels (immaculate), non-barcoded sleeve, misspelt track 3 - says "For Whom The Bells Toll" instead of "For Whom The Bell Tolls". Made In France. Vinyl matrix A1/B1.
The cover is in great shape except for edge wear to the top of it (see photo 3). The sleeve is in excellent condition and the merchandise leaflet is present and pretty much immaculate. Vinyl has been stored separately from the original inner sleeve in a poly-lined one since purchase.
The vinyl plays very nicely indeed, no click groups or scratches. A handful of isolated subdued pops and a occasional light crackle on quiet areas e.g. intro to track 1. I would say these are largely inherent to the quality of the vinyl this is pressed on. Play grading done using a Funk Firm Vector V turntable feeding Sennheiser HD800 headphones, which is very revealing of flaws.
I would describe the vinyl as a conservative EX, likewise the rest of the package.
