Description
I am selling a CARDBOARD PROMO CUT-OUT of the 1985 Metallica Ride The Lightning album that copies the look of that album front cover. THIS IS NOT AN ALBUM, it;'s a full-sized cardboard material cut-out, which resembles the exact size of an album. i met the band Metallica back on feb 9th, 1985 at a meet & greet/autograph signing session/party that was held at a Record City record store in skokie, illinois which was also the same day as the concert in chicago for Metallica's Ride The Lightning album tour, later that night. all 4 members of the band, including Cliff Burton who was still alive at that point, were there and signed this cardboard cut-out. the record store had all these cardboard cut-outs made up for the autograph party & displayed them all over the inside of the store and were taped up on the walls, of which i then removed one and brought it up to the table where the band Metallica were sitting & signing things that us fans brought up.... IF YOU'RE A SERIOUS METALLICA COLLECTOR, THIS IS AN ULTRA-RARE "MUST-HAVE" ITEM FOR YOUR COLLECTION!!!! again, it's signed by all four band members, james/kirk/lars/cliff.................. happy bidding!!!
