Hello Folks-
What you're bidding on is a super-rare Metallica box set that was pressed in Japan in 2004. It is out of print, and limited to 5000, and numbered. This is number 3053 of 5000.
Although I figure that by finding this auction you know what you are bidding on, let me go over it again. Repressed on 180 gram vinyl are Metallica's early and greatest works. Kill 'Em All, Ride The Lightning, Master Of Puppets, and ...And Justice For All have been expanded to double-LPs each. Also included are Creeping Death on picture disc, and the $5.98 Garage Days EP, repressed for the first time in ages.
Great for Metallica fans, as the vinyl is damn near indestructible. Also, great for record collectors, as its already more than doubled in value.
This box set is SEALED, UNOPENED, AND IN MINT CONDITION. In fact, it still has the original price tag from the Virgin Megastore on the back. You'll love it. However, READ CAREFULLY!!! There are a few small rips in the shrinkwrap from sitting on my shelf for the past four years. However, there is NO DAMAGE TO THE BOX ITSELF, NOR THE VINYL INSIDE. I GUARANTEE THIS HAS NEVER BEEN OPENED. Yeah, I know it seems petty to list, but some people get snotty over it. Anyway, I will be more that happy to email you directly better pictures of the ripped shrink if you want.
Okay, the shipping details, etc. READ CAREFULLY!!! You pay the shipping-$20 domestic (USA) shipping, $60 internationally. Yes, I ship worldwide. I ship using US Priority Mail, and I insure the package, because, let's face it, this is gold. I accept PayPal, but honestly, if you live in the USA and could spare a stamp, I'd much prefer well-hidden cash or a Postal Money Order. (I will email you the address when the auction is over-I don't think eBay has a current one for me). I will be more than happy to answer any questions you may have, but please be aware that I only check my email once per day, so I may not be able to snap right to it. Um, what else?
