I recently purchased this from another ebay member, this is a Whiplash EP autographed by James, Kirk, Lars and Cliff Burton. There is a note attached to the record that reads: (Signed at Ruthies Inn Aug 24, 85 Suprise Gig Get bags for records.) There is other writing on the note in regards to the 80's, I purchased this record when I really should not have. My wife and I are saving for a house and we need to clear up some past credit issues, so I really have to list it back on ebay to try to get back the money I spent. I know for a fact that the show in question did actually happen, if you go to encyclopedia metallica and look up all tour dates the Ruthies show is there and with all the righting on the note there is no question in my mind that this is the real thing. I have added the info from the website to indicate the show as a secret gig. I hate to part with this but I have no other options. If anyone has any questions please do not hesitate to ask me.
