Description

For sale is Miami Sound Machine's Live Again/Renacer, originally released in 1977 by Audiofon Records, produced and distributed by Audio Latino Recording Co. of Miami, Florida. In the dead wax between the label and the last track is etched "Miami Tape" and "Kunz". I bought this used, professionally cleaned it on my VPI HW-17 record cleaning machine and immediately put the album into a MFSL archival inner sleeve.  This protects the integrity of the vinyl and any original inner sleeve(s) or insert(s) that may have come with the release. There is no original inner sleeve with this listing. The cover is graded as Excellent because of some minor corner blunts and foxing around the jacket's opening. The spine has a little color loss from these blunts. The vinyl is visually graded as VG+ with faint sleeve marks and slight surface scratches. I'm play grading it as VG- because of occasional surface noise, most noticeable during the quiet parts of playback. During "Tu Amor Conmigo", there was rotational clicking and pops over most of the song, but not overpowering the music. There was also a skip at the end of "Malvina", that was locked in repeat, that I had to advance the stylus by hand over the defect. This is still one of the best copies of this record that I have ever seen and you would be hard pressed to find a copy in any condition, especially with the original cover and not the revised edition. I have more Latin albums, as well as records of all genres in my Ebay store. Please take a look. They're predominately Near Mint. Thank you for viewing my listing.    I've been collecting records for about 50 years now and have always cleaned them and put them away carefully in plastic inner sleeves. Over the years I've used Dust Bugs, Disc Washers and have finally invested in a professional VPI record cleaning machine. Now that I'm retiring, I'm selling my very esoteric collection. I'm not a professional grader of records, but will use record guides, as well as my personal experiences as a basis of my grading all records. Since grading is subjective, I will be conservative. I offer discounts for multiple sales. Photos are of the actual item for sale, not a stock photo. Please review all descriptions and photos because I do not accept returns. Thank you for looking!
