Description
Michael Chapman - Rainmaker LP - Autographed! - Harvest
1969 album on Harvest produced by Gus Dudgeon. It features Danny Thompson which was, I believe, a legal requirement in those days.The sleeve was signed a few years ago when my friend saw him play an intimate date in Bristol. I'm told his voice isn't all that it was but his guitar playing remains stellar.
The vinyl is in EX condition, it sounds fantastic and has barely been played.
The laminated gatefold sleeve is EX-. The laminate has shrunk a little and caused the sleeve to bow slightly - I think this is inevitable due to the age.
Like many of the records I'm selling today this came from the large collection of a busy man now aged 61. Due to the size of his collection many of the LPs were only played once or twice from new - some were never played and they were all properly looked after. His musical taste was towards the avant garde/free end of the jazz spectrum as well as being a fan of prog, psych and experimental music. I will be selling selected records from his collection over the next few years so please add me to your favourites list!
