This is one of many from my own personal collection of Picture Discs. 
I retired after 30 years as a Mobile DJ and am now selling off my collection that has hung on my office walls for years.
I Personally purchased all my Picture discs in Stores, on E-Bay, Flea Markets or Swap Meets.
I have never played any of them on a record player as to not lower the value of the disc.
As soon as I purchased them they were framed and hung upon my walls.

Thriller is the sixth studio album by American recording artist Michael Jackson. It was released on November 30, 1982, by Epic Records as the follow-up to Jackson's critically and commercially successful 1979 album Off the Wall. Thriller explores similar genres to those of Off the Wall, including pop, R&B, rock, post-disco and adult contemporary music.[1][2][3]

Recording sessions took place between April and November 1982 at Westlake Recording Studios in Los Angeles, California, with a production budget of $750,000, assisted by producer Quincy Jones. Of the nine tracks on the album, 4 of them were written by Jackson himself. Seven singles were released from the album, all of which reached the top 10 on the Billboard Hot 100. "Baby Be Mine" and "The Lady in My Life" were the only tracks that were not released as singles. In just over a year, Thriller became—and currently remains—the best-selling album of all time, with sales estimated by various sources as being between 65 and 110 million copies worldwide, and is also tied for the best-selling album in the United States.[6] The album won a record-breaking eight Grammy Awards at the 1984 Grammys.

Thriller enabled Jackson to break down racial barriers via his appearances on MTV and meeting with President of the United States Ronald Reagan at the White House. The album was one of the first to use music videos as successful promotional tools—the videos for "Thriller", "Billie Jean" and "Beat It" all received regular rotation on MTV. In 2001, a special edition issue of the album was released, which contains additional audio interviews, a demo recording and the song "Someone In the Dark", which was a Grammy-winning track from the E.T. the Extra-Terrestrial storybook.[7] In 2008, the album was reissued again as Thriller 25, containing re-mixes that feature contemporary artists, a previously unreleased song and a DVD.

It has a different picture on each of the two sides.
Side One: Is of a close up Michael Jackson in White Suit (Original cover art)
Side Two: Is of  Michael Standing, wearing a Brown Leather Jacket, blue jeans and a guitar shaped belt buckle.
As you can see in the picture one side has his signature and album title in his handwriting as part of the picture.
No scratches or scuff marks. Looks like NEW! 
Quality Rating of album. One a scale of 1 to 10 (1 worst/10 best) this would be a strong 9+
Comes in the original plastic sleeve that is worn and brittle. It has a corner sticker listing some of the songs.
Has the original inside artwork/information thin cardboard sleeve. (see pictures)
I purchased this album on E-bay about 7 years ago.
Record lists it as a recording from 1982.
This Picture Disc a great addition to any music enthusiasts collection.

There are two versions of this album. The Original (1982) has Michael in the white suit on one side and a brown leather jacket on the other.  The 25th Anniversary version has the Zombie picture.  I do have and am selling both so check out my other Picture Disc sales.

I ship all albums in a U.S.P.S. "Priority Mail" carton for faster and safer delivery. (See Photo above)
Many times the shipping rate by E-bay is off when compared to the Post Office.
Normally shipping costs $7 to $15 depending on your location.
If E-bay has estimated enough shipping costs to you I will "insure" your shipment. 
I do add a $2.00 shipping and handling fee to each sale to help cover insurance costs when applicable.
I do not ship out of the continental U.S.  I have lost too much cash with incorrect shipping costs estimated by E-bay
I typically ship on Monday morning if you use Pay-pal over the weekend.

What are "Picture Discs" ?
Picture Discs were designed to be "collectible" and not necessarily played like regular albums. 
Producers of Picture Discs claim the music quality levels are not as good as typical albums.
Some Discs were made by placing an actual photo under the vinyl coating.  (better sound quality)
Some are made by "Injecting" color into the Vinyl. (poorer sound quality)
The artwork is normally a copy of the original artwork on the regular vinyl album covers. Some are not.
Most are the typical round albums but some "die cut" specialty shaped records were also made.
To ensure the value of this or any Picture Disc I would suggest never playing them.
Record needles can scrap away the thin clear coating used to create the grooves  of the album.
Picture Discs started as early as the late 1920's then became very popular as a "promotion" in the late 70's & 80's.
Because they were used as a "Promotional Product" by the record company's some albums had limited production. Collectors hang onto their Picture Discs thus making some albums "Rare & Hard or Find" and very costly.
Starting again in the mid 2000's some reissues of classics and new albums cover art started to be produced.
