The disc itself is in Near Mint/Mint Condition.  I see no scratches, flaws, marks, or any other defects.  The color is bright and crisp.  I am NOT a professional grader of albums but I have at least 75 Michael Jackson Picture discs in my collection and I can say that I can spot a scratch when I see one and I DO NOT SEE ONE ON THIS ALBUM!!  I am a Michael Jackson fan that has a large/extensive collection of memorabilia with some left over to sell, share and trade with others that are interested.   I do my best to describe what I see, but if you have further questions please feel free to contact me.   I have NEVER played this record as the picture discs that I collect are part of a collection to display the photographic features and image of the man himself, not the album tracking list or audio quality. The album itself is double stored. It is housed in an archival plastic sleeve, then encased in the original cardboard cover AND then it is placed inside a thicker plastic cover for extra protection.  I realize the collector value of this piece and have cared for it well over time!
