Description

This is the original 1974 issue in box set form of the original mix of Michael Nesmith's brilliant concept album and book called The Prison. This album has been critically acclaimed and Nesmith himself went on to remix this radically in the late 80's. This album comes with the original 64 page full color booklet with the story and lyrics printed along with beautiful Illustrations. This box has some discolorations as you can see in the pics due to exposure to some moisture. A few of the pages in the book have the same discolorations at the bottom corners due to this moisture exposure too. The top of the box has little split in the corner which I have shown in the picture. This is common with these boxes of the era. Due to these things I am grading the sleeve as good only, but the disc is in fantastic condition with no skips or scratches.
