Description

  • Excellent copy of the very hard to find 1952 Michele Auclair LP performing Bruch’s “Violin Concerto In G Minor” (Remington R-199-127), with Wilhelm Loibner conducting the Austrian Symphony Orchestra. Also on the program is Bruch’s “Kol Nidrei”.
  • The vinyl on this LP is visually near mint with just a couple of very minor marks. As with virtually all early Remington LPs there is surface noise but it does not overwhelm the performance which comes through crisp and clear. The cover has no splits, tears, writing or cutouts. There is some ring wear on the back and a small discolored spot on the front but the graphics and liner notes are perfectly clear. There are a few spindle marks on the labels.
