Various – Grease 2 (Original Soundtrack Recording) Movie Musical LP (1982)
Good US 1st release.
Featuring songs performed by the Grease 2 Cast, the Four Tops, the T-birds, Maxwell Caulfield, Michelle Pfeiffer and Tab Hunter. Composed by Louis St. Louis.
The movie sequel (1982, dir. Patricia Birch) starred an almost entirely new cast, led by Maxwell Caulfield and Michelle Pfeiffer in her first starring role.
Condition

  • VINYL: G+. Clean but lots of surface scuffs, marks and long hairlines all over each side. Played just pre-listing and sound clarity is good throughout and very good in places. Run-ins have some mild static/surface noise. This continues during quieter cues/fadeins/fadeouts but most tracks sound great. Plays with no skipping, jumping or sticking. A decent listen overall considering the obvious visual defects.
  • OUTER SLEEVE/COVER: G. Colours are good on superb matt gatefold. Edges, aperture and all corners scuffed and worn. Spine worn with splits. Creases in from sides and disc ring scuffing on back. Inner gate in good shape with light marks along top edge.
  • INNER SLEEVE: VG. White paper with rounded corners and centre hole. Creased corners and small rips at centre both sides. Crinkling all over. Intact.
