Description
Original copy of the compilation of the Middle Earth Records roster released in 1970, including tracks by legends like Arcadium (including an 11 minute ‘On My Way’), Writing on the Wall and the Wooden O. Some great tracks from the early days of progressive rock.
The cover has no tears but looks all of it’s 50 years, especially because it was a laminated ‘flipback’ sleeve and so particularly vulnerable to wear. The paper inner sleeve is rather ‘foxed’ but still has its polythene liner. Surprisingly, the vinyl looks very good, apart from a mark across track 1 side 1 (a spoken word track by Neil Tucker) which makes no audible sound as far as I could tell.
I’ve priced it to allow for the cover wear.
