This Is Promo White Label Copy, So Japanese Words "Sample" , "Not for Sale" and Release Date are Printed on Both Labels,A Small Sample Sticker Is on Front Sleeve.

Disc is EX, Sleeve is EX Minus, Back Part of OBI Strip Has A Small Crease Like The Photo # 5.
