***Regarding pedals: We test everything in shop and describe them exactly as they are. If the pots are scratchy, we say they're scratchy. If the casing is scuffed, we say it's scuffed. HOWEVER, sometimes during shipping, pots and input jacks can get a little dusty and BECOME scratchy. A few turns of the the knobs and some De-Oxit will remedy this! We pack everything very well, but these things do happen. It is the nature of all new, used, and vintage gear.
