Description
This Mike Nesmith LP is an all instrumental outing called, " Michael Nesmith Presents, The Wichita Train Whistle Sings". The only vocals on the LP are some random studio chatter that made the cut. An interesting release from Mike while he was part of The Monkees. We might also note this is a mono recording as were many records released in the 60's.
The LP jacket is graded Good+, there is ring wear at the top of the jacket, both front and back. There is also some corner and edge wear. The record was cleaned on a Loricraft Audio Professional Record Cleaner and play graded. We are pleased to grade it a solid VG, probably could be VG+ but we like to be conservative. The only surface noise heard was three ticks near the end of the track 2, side 1. Otherwise, the record played quietly.
The record now resides in an audiophile sleeve, the original white paper inner resides in the jacket too, it is the original paper inner because when the jacket was embossed with the promo stamp it got the inner sleeve too. We added a polyvinyl outer sleeve for additional protection.
