Description
This is an ORIGINAL ~ not a re-issue ~ 45rpm single of Mike Waggoner and the Bops on Vee VE 7002 ~ two awesome tracks "Baby, Baby" and "Basher #5". I found this at a garage sale here in Mike Waggoner's home state of Minnesota. It was mixed in with a stack of other 45s from the sixties, including a bunch of Beatles singles. Most of them were pretty scratched up, but this one had a cellophane sleeve, which protected it from scratches, except on a small part of the very edge where the cellophane didn't quite reach to the edge (only on the lead in - not on playing surface). The cellophane wrapper also had one negative effect. Some of the blue color of the label transferred to the inside of the cellophane cover. I would consider the vinyl to be NM-. The labels are VG, due to the loss of some of the blue color. There is a "KB2311B" and "KB2311A" etched (not stamped) in the trail off vinyl. Indented / recessed inner groove hole.
