While I placed this auction in the Punk Rock category, it is much more than that.  Elements of Funk, Folk and Avant-Garde abound.  A really well put together, experimental masterpiece by the former bass player of the legendary Minutemen.

Visually: NM to Mint
Play Grade: NM to Mint, plays just about perfect
(records are spot played, I am unable to listen to entire LPs due to time constraints)
Cover: V++, only wear is to top right back cover as seen in picture to right, a few minor marks on front and lightest ring wear.  Displays beautifully.
Record label is not marked prom, but a promo sticker is affixed to back cover.
Signature is bright, clear and obviously that of Mike Watt.
Vinyl was cleaned with a VPI Vacuum Machine.
Grado Platinum Cartridge and Technics 1210 Turntable used for Play Grade.
