Description
From Mikey Dread's " Dread At The Control " stable, this is a UK released LP issued in 1980 on the DATC label catalogue number DCLP 0018. The whole LP is based around the Jumping Master rhythm, there are vocal cuts and dub cuts with vocal cuts from Earl Sixteen, Michael Israel plus others and dub and instrumental cuts. All mixed at King Tubby's engineered by Scientist and Mikey Dread. The cover is graded as EX with just a tiny record impression in the cardboard and a tiny bit of edge wear. The record is visually graded as VG+.... There are three surface marks on side two, some hairlines on side one and a mark at the end of the side..........none of these marks affect play. The record is probably a little more used than many of the records that I sell because this was one of my favourites at the time so would have got listened to quite a lot, but it plays very well with just the odd crackle, but I suspect a good clean will sort that out...I would still grade the playback as VG+. Although there are eight tracks listed a couple of these are extended so feature a vocal and a dub, also there are five definite tracks on side two rather than the four listed.
