M : Mint - Probably never been played and most likely shrink wrapped wherever appropriate.
EX: Excellent - Most likely been played but in perfect condition but will have very little evidence of this and certainly no marks. Sound quality will be as new.
VG+ : Very Good +. Will have no marks on the label and will play without any reduced sound quality from new.
VG: Very Good. Will have visible marks on the record but these will not be significant and the record will play without significant los in sound quality if any.
F: Fair - Reduction in sound quality and there will be scratch and or other surface marks that will be noticible when viewed
