Beautiful album!  Will be hard to part with it (I am original owner) but I have this on CD too.
Vinyl VG+ - clean with some light scuffs/marks that do not affect play.  Does have the occasional crackle here in there but the overall playback is still closer to VG+ than VG (at least on my equipment). 
Sleeve VG+ - very light edge wear on bottom and a few light creases, but overall in nice shape.
Original paper inner sleeve in good condition but starting to yellow due to age.
