Sleeve: The front cover is a gorgeous Mint- / The back cover is almost Mint- w/ just a whisper of wear. All seams are sharp & intact except for a tiny split at the bottom right corner
Record: I play graded this entire LP. Side A looks Mint- with super high original gloss. Side A plays almost Mint- w/ just a few revs of very light random background surface noise. Side B has high original gloss w/ some light surface scuffs. It plays VG++ w/ some light random background surface noise. Both have great sound presence / VPI cleaned / By the spindle hole it looks like this LP may have never been played.

NOTE: VPI cleaned means that this record was cleaned on a professional $500 VPI cleaning machine, which does wonders for the playback of all vinyl records!
