Miles Davis Classics In Jazz U.K 10' Capitol LP LC6683 Mono UK first pressing published 1955. firstly I must outline how hard it is to get these early 50s 10" LPS that sound great, most have been played on very heavy pickups, and distort even when they look clean, I have played this LP in full, the record lays flat on the turntable and retains its deep rich black Lustre, there are no skips or jumps or loud clicks, very small amount of occasional low-level surface noise only, visually no spindle wear apparent there are some light scratches when viewed under extreme light the record is very good ++ near EX hard to find better, ( And Sound Better ) The jacket is also in wonderful condition Scotch taped on 3 edges no scuff marks, the jacket is excellent, name written neatly at the top on the back
The record will be sent in a strong box with added stiffeners for protection
Vinyl Grading System
Mint - Record has been played, but no obvious signs of use
EX+ Record played a few times with only a few light hairline paper marks, hardly visible and no loss in sound quality.
EX Record has signs of use, light paper marks only, no loss in sound quality
VG+ Record has a slight loss in sound quality ( a few light clicks only ), but nothing to spoil your listening experience
VG Record has scratches, clicks & surface noise here & there, at a higher level, still very enjoyable
