Description
This is the white label promo of Miles Davis' Kind Of Blue, the very rare stereo six eye release. Much scarcer than the mono promo, and rarely seen for sale. My copy is not mint, or near mint---I have conservatively graded the vinyl as VG. It would grade VG+ if not for a few loud pops on side two. I have play-graded this vinyl, but it has not been cleaned; the few pops might be diminished by a good cleaning. There is a bit of visible damage which is causing the sound, so cleaning may not reduce the pops. The vinyl shows a few other slight marks which don't affect the sound, which is great, overall. Though this LP has obviously been played through the years. fidelity is fairly good. Labels are very clean, very few spindle marks. No original inner sleeve, LP is in a plastic lined sleeve.
The jacket is in VG condition: some visible wear and a bumped lower left corner, worn corners, no seam splits at all! The front of the jacket has a bit of ring wear, some scratches, chipping and sticker residue at top left. Back cover is very nice and clean.
FWIW, I grade an LP as though I was buying it myself. Some might grade this LP at least VG+, but I would rather there be no surprises when you get the album.
