For your consideration is a very RARE and collectible LP by the jazz legend Miles Davis.

The cover has a misspelling of Cannonball Adderley spelled "Adderly"

Track listing on the back cover has a misprint on Side 2 track listing with the tracks All Blues and Flamenco Sketches in the wrong order.

And the RAREST misprint is the actual label on side 2 ALSO shows the tracks in the wrong order (see pics) with Flamenco Sketches listed as track 1 and All Blues listed as track 2.

A truly RARE and COLLECTIBLE record indeed!

Cover is VG-
(top and bottom have clear tape repairing what is assumed to be splits, back left corner of the cover has the name KAREN written in black ink, spine still in tact but lettering is at about 60%)

Still an attractive cover for such a timeless album!


Vinyl visually graded at VG-
(Scuffs and some scratching in places, a couple scratches in the Blue In Green section and Flaminco Sketches section. They produce light clicks in these sections but no skips or sticks)

Still has a nice gloss and the Columbia Six Eye labels present well enough!


Play grade is VG
(This album plays MUCH BETTER than it looks!! There is very light crackle throughout. The crackle is most noticeable in the dead wax and during quiet sections like during Blue In Green and Flamenco Sketches. There are light clicks and pops that are intermittent. During Blue In Green in the sax solo and near the end of the track, you can hear some LIGHT pops and crackle. Near the end of Flamenco Sketches I believe is a light "jump" where the needle goes over a couple seconds of music. Other than these flaws it's a good listen and plays through without sticking.)

I have enjoyed listening to this album, as it's one of my favorites and hate to see it go.

I've cleaned and test played this record on my Pioneer PL-50a turntable running through my Marantz 2250b receiver and JBL 4311b speakers.



Grading Scale: I have been told my grading is tough compared to most. So, to clarify I am listing my guidelines for record grades. 
Mint = Never opened. Perfect for both. Near Mint = Opened but can’t really tell the difference. Only difference between mint and near mint on a cover is the shrink being slit over the opening. 
VG++ = A small handful of paper scuffs and/or hairlines at the most. Cover has very, very slight shelf wear, mostly at the opening. No writing, splits, tears, stains, or creases. 
VG+ = There are a few hairlines and purely superficial marks on the record. None of which affect the clarity of the music. Cover is same as a VG++, but has the beginnings of ring wear and will see past the laminate on the corners. Very slight shelf wear if any. No writing, splits, stains, or tears. 
VG = A number of superficial marks. None of which I can feel with the tips of my fingers, but may cause some very minor background noise. Nothing that will interfere with the very nice, overall listening experience. Cover is the same as VG+ but may have some mild creasing. Shelf wear and ring wear will be a bit more evident. Spine will still be intact and readable for the most part. No splits, tears, stains, or writing. 
VG- = Everything in VG condition but has one or two light scratches that will sound. Still a nice record. Cover is similar as listed in VG but might have writing on the cover, a small split (less than 1”) at the opening, a stain or a small tear. Spine may be less legible. Still a good cover but with a couple flaws. 


Due to differences in equipment, I can not be responsible for differences in the way records play compared to on mine. Every record is brushed with a carbon fiber, anti-static brush before test play.
